Warehouse collection
You can collect your order free of charge from our warehouse:

Orders are generally ready within 48 hours. We will email you when your order is ready to collect. Please bring your order confirmation.
Delivery charges

Orders requiring more than one pallet will be quoted separately. We will contact you before dispatch to confirm freight.
Delivery times

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We will contact you if there is a delay with your order.
Site access and unloading
Pallet deliveries are made by freight carrier and require suitable access for a truck, and someone on site to receive and unload the goods. Please make sure that:
- The delivery address is accessible to a truck
- Someone is present to accept the delivery during business hours
- Appropriate equipment is available to unload heavy goods, such as a forklift or telehandler
If a delivery cannot be completed because access or unloading was not available, redelivery charges may apply.
Checking your delivery
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing or incorrect, contact us at admin@dynastytradeco.com.au as soon as possible with your order number and photographs where relevant.
