Gripset GP
Gripset GP is a solvent-free, water-based general purpose primer and bonding agent — for improving adhesion of Gripset membranes and tile adhesives over porous surfaces.
- Two jobs in one: primer over porous substrates, and bonding agent for cement-based compounds
- Fast drying — membrane can follow within about 30 minutes
- Solvent-free with economical coverage
- Also works as a dust sealer on powdery surfaces
- Available in 5 litre and 15 litre pails
Apply neat under Gripset membranes. For tile adhesive, screed or render priming it can be diluted with water to help it penetrate. Check porosity first with a water droplet test — if the droplets don't absorb, the surface is non-porous and Gripset OP is the primer you want instead. Warehouse pickup available at 8-10 Barry Road, Chipping Norton NSW 2170, Monday to Friday 7:30am–4:00pm. Orders are usually ready within 48 hours. Freight is calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.
