The Multibond SMX range from Soudal is a family of single-component, SMX Polymer sealants and adhesives for construction joints, engineered to suit different movement and load requirements. Select the series, colour and pack size you need below.
- SMX25 – Flex & Seal: low modulus, Shore A 25, accommodates ±25% joint movement. Best for high-movement joints such as masonry, precast panels and general construction gaps.
- SMX35 – Seal & Stretch: multipurpose elastic sealant, Shore A 35, accommodates ±20% movement. A good all-rounder for waterproofing detailing, bathrooms/kitchens, roofing and window/door perimeters.
- SMX50 – Seal & Stick: fast-curing hybrid adhesive-sealant, Shore A 40, accommodates ±20% movement, and is trafficable once cured — suited to pavement/floor joints as well as general sealing.
All three are UV resistant, paintable and sandable once cured, resist mould growth in wet areas, and bond to a wide range of porous and non-porous substrates.

Shipping & Pickup
Warehouse pickup available at 8-10 Barry Road, Chipping Norton NSW 2170, Monday to Friday 7:30am–4:00pm. Orders are usually ready within 48 hours. Freight is calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.
