Soudal Pro Expanding Foam
Soudal Pro Expanding Foam is a one-component polyurethane gap-filling foam for sealing and insulating gaps, cavities and penetrations. Choose the Aerosol (straw nozzle) for quick one-off jobs, or Genius with its built-in applicator for accurate one-handed work and reuse.
- Fills gaps, cavities, joints and pipe/conduit penetrations
- Installs and seals window and door frames; reduces draughts
- Good thermal and acoustic insulation
- Stable after curing — no shrinking or post-expansion
- Adheres to most substrates (not Teflon, PE or PP)
- Genius: no separate gun needed, can be reused for up to 6 weeks after first use
- Colour: Champagne

Shipping & Pickup
Warehouse pickup available at 8-10 Barry Road, Chipping Norton NSW 2170, Monday to Friday 7:30am–4:00pm. Orders are usually ready within 48 hours. Freight is calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.
